There were 90 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Slovakia on Wednesday, 3636 tests were carried out. A further 14 patients were cured. Positive tests were carried out in districts: in districts: Bratislava (22), Ilava (6), Michalovce (6), Poprad (6), Stará Ľubovňa (5), Trenčín (5), Žilina (4), Bardejov (3), Dunajská Streda (3), Nitra (3), Prešov (3), Prievidza (3), Kežmarok (2), Košice (2), Liptovský Mikuláš (2), Malacky (2), Pezinok (2), Vranov nad Topľou (2), Banská Bystrica (1), Brezno (1), Čadca (1), Dolný Kubin (1), Považská Bystrica (1), Sabinov (1), Senec (1), Šaľa (1) and Trnava (1). There are 37 women and 53 men, aged between 5 and 78. In hospitals, 75 people are hospitalized with or suspected of COVID-19 disease, 51 of whom have confirmed disease. There are seven people on the ICU, four patients need artificial lung ventilation support. Another 14 patients were cured, so the new coronavirus in Slovakia overcame 2206 people. The total number of people tested positive in my country so far is 3626, the number of laboratory tests completed so far has reached 323 580. The number of confirmed deaths related to COVID-19 remains 33. The number of active cases in Slovakia is currently 1387. Information can also be found at www.korona.gov.sk.
