In Slovakia, 1 953 positive test people were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 748 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 18.21 percent of the 10 723 RT-PCR examinations completed and 4.36% of the 17 162 antigen tests performed.The most positive test was in Nitra region (325), followed by Trenčín region (322), Prešovský (302), Košický (237), Trnavský (232), Žilinský (225), Banskobystrický (170) and Bratislava (140). There are 979 men and 974 women among them. In hospitals, 1,676 patients are hospitalized, of which 1472 have confirmed disease. There are 101 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 118 people. The number of confirmed deaths from the pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 17, with a total of 749.
