In Slovakia, 4,046 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 1,095 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 21.94 % of 18.443 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 6.09% of 17.983 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Žilina region (643), followed by Košický (564), Trenčiansky (552), Bratislava (536), Nitriansky (514), Banskobystrický (452), Prešovský (452) and Trnavský (333). There are 1 900 men and 2 146 women among them.
In hospitals, 2,428 patients are hospitalized, of which 2,182 have confirmed disease. There are 184 patients for ICU, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs 189 people.
Confirmed deaths due to the pulmonary form of COVID-19 have not increased, the total number of deaths is 1 732 with Covid-195.
