In our country we confirm two more deaths on the lung form of COVID-19. In total, we have 43 deaths. Two new cases have been added:
The 67-year-old patient was hospitalized at Bratislava University Hospital. She died September 17th.An 87-year-old patient died on 23 September and was hospitalized in Michalovce Hospital.Subsequent autopsy and laboratory investigations confirmed the pulmonary form of COVID-19 disease.
To date 160 patients are hospitalized in hospitals, confirmed COVID-19 has 125 of them. There are 12 people on the ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 12 patients. The total number of positive people tested in our country so far is 8048, and since the onset of the disease we have had 433848 laboratory tests. The number of COVID-19-related deaths confirmed is 43. Active cases of disease are currently in Slovakia 3971.
