In Slovakia, 2 657 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 5 194 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 18.66% of the 14 238 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 5.84 percent of the 88 827 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Trenčín region (421), followed by Bratislava (416), Banská Bystrica (368), Prešovský (361), Nitriansky (349), Košický (304), Žilinský (228) and Trnavský (210). There are 1 190 men and 1 467 women.
In hospitals, 2,446 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 2,220 people. There are 173 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 191 people.
