In Slovakia, in the past day, 1,021 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 919 positive antigen tests. This is 15.56% of the 6.545 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 2.05% of the 44 769 antigen tests carried out yesterday.The most positive PCR tests were in Trnava region (242), Žilinský (170), Prešovský (164), Trenčiansky (159), Nitriansky (102), Bratislava (67), Banskobystrický (66) and Košický (51). In hospitals, 1,765 patients are hospitalized, of whom 1488 have confirmed disease. There are 89 patients on the ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 125 people. The number of confirmed deaths on the lung form of COVID-19 increased by 16 cases, combined with 709. An additional 2805 patients were cured, with a total of 50,738 people recovering from the disease.
