There were 1,728 positive test subjects in Slovakia on Wednesday, 9 365 completed examinations. The number of confirmed deaths to the pulmonary form COVID-19 has risen to 115.
The most positive cases were added in Žilina region (478), followed by Prešov region (383), Banskobystrický (209), Trenčiansky (183), Nitriansky (146), Trnavský (134), Košický (129) and Bratislava (66). There are 918 women and 810 men, between the ages of a few months and 92.
876 patients are hospitalized, 731 of whom have confirmed COVID-19 disease. There are 20 people on the ICU, 63 patients in need of artificial pulmonary ventilation support. An additional 359 subjects were cured, a total of 8763 patients had recovered.
The total number of positive people tested in our country so far is 35 330, and since the onset of the disease we have had 651 175 laboratory tests.
