In my country, death was added to the new coronavirus. That's how we record 41 deaths. The deceased is a 78-year-old male, hospitalized at the Faculty Hospital in Trencin, where he died on September 19. The subsequent autopsy confirmed the pulmonary form of COVID-19 disease.
In hospitals, 140 patients are hospitalized, 115 of whom have confirmed COVID-19 disease. There are 10 people on the ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 8 patients.
There were 175 positive test people in Slovakia yesterday, 2664 tests were carried out. The good news is that another 97 people recovered, a total of 3668 patients had recovered.
The total number of positive people tested in our country so far is 6931, since the onset of the disease we have had 416 864 laboratory tests. The number of COVID-19-related deaths confirmed is 40. Active cases of disease are currently 3223 in Slovakia.
