In Slovakia, 1 219 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 1,504 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 19.38 percent of the 6 291 positive RT-PCR tests completed and 5.26% of the 28 587 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Trenčín region (238) followed by Košický (215), Prešovský (184), Bratislava (180), Banská Bystrica (155), Trnava (134), Nitriansky (77) and Žilinský (36). There are 556 men and 663 women.
In hospitals, 2,451 patients are hospitalized, of which 2,210 have confirmed disease. There are 159 patients on the ICU, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs 160 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 63 cases. The total is 1,618.
A total of 109,807 people recovered from the disease.
