In Slovakia, 2,016 positive test people were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 2,292 positive test with antigen tests in the past day. This is 20.53% of the 9,821 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 7.56% of the 30,03 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Bratislava region (396), followed by Trenčín region (341), Prešovský (276), Nitriansky (262), Žilinský (208), Košický (207), Trnavský (201) and Banskobystrický (170). There are 1,020 men and 1,041 women.
In hospitals, 2,376 patients are hospitalized, of which 2,155 have confirmed disease. There are 156 patients on ICU, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs 153 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 45 cases. The total is 1,555.
A total of 107.828 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1 305 541, with 151 336 subjects tested positive. Total number carried out Ag tests so far are 1,195 593 of which 56,698 have been tested positive.
