The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics, launches an electronic questionnaire for travellers to find out their experience with the eHranica process. Thus, with compulsory registration when returning from risky countries and subsequent testing for COVID-19. All registered using the form on the website www.korona.gov.sk/efrontierreceive a questionnaire by email these days. The aim is to find out what experience citizens have had with the registration process and the subsequent testing process and how they assess it. Any feedback will help to further improve the procedures for the future.

The eHranice process was launched by the Ministry of Health in mid-July, when the Public Health Office, the Chief Hygiene Officer, issued a measure defining the risky countries of coronavirus spread. It also introduced an obligation for citizens to register and to take a COVID-19 test after returning to Slovakia from risky country. Electronic form eHranica created on the site www.korona.gov.skthe Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics, which manages the site. More than 6000 returnees from different risk countries have used the form since the electronic registration was launched. The electronic feedback questionnaire has five parts: simple and freely accessible Google Forms, which will take only a few minutes to complete. The form is anonymous and the respondent is already initially invited not to fill in the questionnaire with personal and contact data or any other identification data. The Ministry of Health is interested in this form to find out the views and feedback of citizens on a number of areas, in particular: what is the awareness of the obligation to return from a risky country, how the registration for testing COVID-19 was carried out on arrival from a risky country, what experience citizens have with ordering for a test and stay in a home quarantine, how they evaluate the passing of the test and waiting for the result, and also their practice of communicating the test result and subsequent awareness of further steps. Each feedback is important. We would also like to monitor, in this form, how satisfied citizens are with our work, how testing is being carried out, whether they have sufficient information, whether they are understandable to them. All those responsible have registered and tested, we give the floor to express our opinion and help to improve things responsibly. Information will show us weaknesses and strengths. In my opinion, their evaluation can contribute to our even better preparedness to cope with the second wave of corona crisis. However, we continue to recommend considering any travel abroad, stated Minister of Health Marek Krajčí.You can find the questionnaire itself here: https://forms.gle/11RNzCWouiB8YJc16
