In Slovakia, 2075 positive subjects for COVID-19 were added on Thursday, 14,010 completed examinations. A further 256 people were cured, a total of 7,182 were cured. The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 is 71.
The most positive cases were in Žilina region (679), followed by Prešov region (435), Trenčiansky (255), Košický (177), Trnavský (155), Bratislava (135), Banská Bystrica (133) and Nitra region (106). There are 1127 women and 948 men between the ages of several months and 93 years.In hospitals, 540 patients are hospitalized, confirmed COVID-19 has 464 of them. There are 18 people on the ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 51 patients. The total number of positive people tested in Slovakia is 26 300 so far, and since the onset of the disease, 594 245 laboratory tests have been performed.
