In Slovakia, another death was added to the pulmonary form of COVID-19. The number of officially confirmed deaths from the new coronavirus has thus increased to 39.This is the 66-year-old man who was hospitalized at the Faculty Hospital in Prešov. During hospitalisation, his condition required support for artificial pulmonary ventilation.
The number of positive people tested in Slovakia increased by 92 Tuesday, 3235 tests were carried out. The total number of positive people tested in our country so far is 5860, with 393 486 laboratory tests from the onset of the disease. Active cases of disease are currently 2602 in Slovakia. Six other people were cured, a total of 3220 patients had recovered. There are 141 patients in hospitals, confirmed COVID-19 has 107 of them. There are 13 people on the ICU, 14 patients need artificial lung ventilation support.
