In Slovakia, 47 people tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, 2013 tests were carried out.
Positive testing were carried out in districts: Bratislava (12), Senec (5), Prievidza (4), Trenčín (4), Prešov (3), Trnava (3), Michalovce (2), Skalica (2), Poprad (2), Nové Zámky (1), Galanta (1), Pezinok (1), Sabinov (1), Bánovce nad Bebravou (1), Trebišov (1), Dunajská Streda (1), Humenné (1), Vranov nad Topľou (1) and Nitra (1). There are 26 men and 21 women, between the ages of 6 and 89. In hospitals there are 53 patients with coronavirus or suspected coronavirus, the disease has been confirmed in 37 subjects. There are two in the intensive care unit, four patients need artificial lung ventilation support. The disease has so far cured 1969 patients. The number of deceased who have been confirmed with COVID-19 remains at number 31. In Slovakia there are currently 902 people with active COVID-19 disease. 294 838 completed laboratory examinations have been carried out in our country so far, the total number of positive cases in Slovakia is 2902.
