Free antigen testing will also be possible on weekends in towns and villages above 5000 inhabitants. The Ministry of Health has announced a fourth and fifth public proposal for the conclusion of a cooperation contract for the establishment and operation of mobile procurement points (MOM) designated by the healthcare provider, irrespective of their legal form. It extends the possibility for current other healthcare providers to become part of the COVID-19 diagnostics system even during weekends. The Ministry shall conclude a cooperation contract with any provider who agrees to the terms of the cooperation laid down. Candidates can respond to the fourth call by 1 February at 12 o'clock, as well as to the fifth call for already contracted healthcare providers involved in the system and the MOM operating.
–There are currently 250 antigenic professional sites in Slovakia. In this way, we are expanding not only their capacity but also the overall system of mobile pick-up points, where the public has a free diagnostic examination for COVID-19 also during weekends and public holidays, explained Minister of Health of the SR Marek Krajčí.
The healthcare provider with whom a cooperation contract will be concluded on the basis of this Call will ensure the collection of biological material and subsequent diagnosis of COVID-19 disease through an antigen test. The Provider will be obliged to perform diagnostic examinations for at least 6 days a week, of which at least 1 day will be a day off or a day of rest, at least 8 hours a day, at the earliest from 8 hours a morning. Diagnostic examinations may also be carried out 7 days a week and more than 8 hours a day if a socially conscious and empathetic provider so freely decides in view of the development of a pandemic and citizens' interest in testing. While one provider cannot establish more than one MOM located in one and the same city or city district (i.e. it may establish more MOM, but in different cities and/or urban districts).

Following the fourth call, the Ministry allows the provider to establish and operate MOM in the exterior or indoors of any city or any part of the city, which has more than 5 000 inhabitants except the following places, where due to sufficient coverage it is not necessary to establish new MOM: Bojnice, Dobšiná, Gelnica, Ilava, Komárno, Liptovský Hrádok, Modra, Námestovo, Nová Baňa, Poltár, Púchov, Rajec, Ružomberok, Sliač, Sobrance, Stupava, Svidník, Šahy, Štúrovo, Topoľčany, Tornaľa, Žarnovica.
It is possible to use the ordering system operated by the National Health Information Centre at some mobile sampling points for free antigen testing. Ordering on time runs within the collection points in several regions of Slovakia. The Ministry of Health warns that these collection points will test only the people ordered. Citizens can order by filling in the form https://www.old.korona.gov.sk/coid-19-patent-form.php, where they select a specific sampling point.
In the form, the citizen can choose the preferred date and place of examination. After entering the preferred combination, you will see information about the availability of the dates. After sending the application, he will receive an SMS with assigned COVID-19-PASS and the exact location and time of its antigen testing. After the test comes the citizen's SMS with the result. In case of a positive outcome, the competent Regional Public Health Office shall be informed of this.
The Health Department is asking citizens to respect the ordering systems/times of individual procurement points, which serve primarily to ensure greater comfort and continuity of procurements. Please note that pickup points with ordering system cannot be reached without ordering. Other places can be used without ordering.
The full list of free antigen testing sites (with and without order) will be found by citizens on the Ministry's website: www.health.gov.sk/?ag-mom. Map of mobile demand points in Slovakia (PCR and Ag MOM total)mapa MOM
