Monday's COVID-19 disease tests showed 188 positive disease outcomes from a total of 4323 tests carried out the previous day. 82 men and 106 women aged 8 to 88 years were tested positive.
The most positive tests were yesterday in Bratislava (21), Tvrdošín (20), Nitra (19), Sabinov (19), Trnava (16), Snina (14), Prešov (13), Žilina (10), Námestovo (5), Martin (4), Košice (4), Galanta (4), Žarnovica (4). Positive testing were also in Prievidza, Senica, Veľký Krtíš, Topoľčany, Lučenec, Banská Bystrica, Zlaté Moravce, Vranov nad Topľou, Trenčín, Šaľa, Skalica, Piešťany, Partizánske, Nove Zámky, Michalovce, Levice, Hlohovec, Gelnica, Brezno and Banská Štiavnica.
In hospitals, 141 patients with new or suspected coronavirus are hospitalized, of whom 107 people have confirmed disease. There are 13 patients on the ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 14 people.
The good news is that 85 other people have been cured, together in our country, COVID-19 has overcome 3214 people. The number of confirmed deaths associated with the new coronavirus is 38, we have currently 2516 active cases in Slovakia. The total number of laboratory tests completed is 390 251.
