In Slovakia 1410 tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, 10 228 were completed. A further 321 people have been cured, a total of 6 709 have been cured. The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 is 66.
The most positive cases were recorded in Žilina region (367), followed by Prešov region (264), Košický (179), Banskobystrický (151), Trnavský (138), Trenčiansky (124), Nitriansky (101) and Bratislava region (86). There are 716 women and 694 men between the ages of several months and 92. In hospitals, 476 patients are hospitalized, confirmed COVID-19 has 398 of them. There are 18 people on the ICU. Supporting artificial lung ventilation needs 48 patients. The total number of positive people tested in Slovakia is 22 296 so far, and since the onset of the disease, 567 733 laboratory tests have been carried out.
