In Slovakia, 2 190 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 928 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 21.92 percent of 9,991 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 5.95% of 15,597 antigenic tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Košice region (369), followed by Bratislava (361), Nitriansky (341), Prešovský (319), Trenčiansky (314), Trnavský (254), Banskobystrický (137) and Žilinský (95). There are 1,026 men and 1,164 women.
In hospitals, 2,147 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 1,955 people. There are 136 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 139 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 27 cases. The total is 1,175.
A total of 1,652 patients were cured, and 97,068 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,216,063, with 132,984 subjects tested positive.
