In Slovakia there were 531 additional positive test subjects on Monday for COVID-19, 5 058 completed examinations. A further 357 people were cured, a total of 6,388 cured. The most positive cases were recorded in Prešov region (214), followed by Košický kraj (74), Žilinský (62), Trenčiansky (55), Bratislava (46), Nitriansky (36), Trnavský (33) and Banská Bystrica (11). There are 280 women and 251 men between the ages of several months and 93 years.In hospitals 397 patients are hospitalized, confirmed COVID-19 has 346 of them. There are 15 people on ICU, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs 40 patients. The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 is 61. The total number of positive people tested in Slovakia is 20 886 so far, since the onset of the disease, 557 505 laboratory tests have been carried out.
