In Slovakia, five confirmed deaths were added to the pulmonary form of COVID-19. Together we record 66 deaths from this disease. A 31-year-old man died in a Faculty Hospital in Nitra, a 60-year-old woman in a Faculty Hospital in Trnava, a 71-year-old woman in a hospital in Michalovce, a 79-year-old woman in a Faculty Hospital in Trencin, and an 81-year-old woman in a Faculty Hospital in Nitra. In hospitals 397 patients are currently hospitalized, confirmed with COVID-19 has 346 of them. There are 15 people on ICU, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs 40 patients. The total number of positive people tested in Slovakia is 20 886 so far, since the onset of the disease, 557 505 laboratory tests have been carried out. Active cases of disease are currently 14 437 in Slovakia.
