Bratislava, 13 January (TASR) - Vaccination against COVID-19 disease should also be allowed outside the offices. The aim is to implement vaccination as quickly as possible. This results from a draft law amending certain laws in relation to the second wave of pandemic approved by the government on Wednesday. It also approved the proposal to adopt the law in the accelerated legislative procedure. A diagnostic test should also be carried out in order to enable pupils of the third and fourth years of study of a medical assistant. A sanction for violation of the set rules for vaccination against the new coronavirus should also be introduced. This is a reaction to practice where people have been given priority to vaccination, contrary to the prioritisation of vaccination. Under the approved law, health professionals could also pursue their profession as volunteers. Students and pupils could perform a diagnostic test on their own without the supervision of another healthcare professional. The adjustment in the law on economic mobilisation is intended to make enforcement of the obligations of economic mobilisation operators more effective in order to protect human life and health. The exemption from registration of public sector partners should also be extended until the end of 2021. The Law on Public Procurement is also amended as part of the legislative change package to extend the exemption from the standstill obligation to all direct negotiated procedures. The rules governing the disposal of movable property of the State in the public interest, as well as the donating of movable property to the State, such as protective devices, tests, vaccines, other medicinal products, medical material, are also specified. The amendment to the law provides for rules on the conduct of correspondence, on the calculation of limitation and prescription periods or on the conduct of auctions. "The auctioneer, the court executor and the administrator shall, until 28 February 2021, refrain from carrying out the auction, entrusting the sale of the auctioneer's property, organising a tender or any other competitive process for the sale of the assets," shall be stated in the material. It is also added that the liquidation of the debtor's assets by 28 February will be void.
