In Slovakia, 3 707 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 2 357 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 20.06% of the 17,956 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 5.94% of the 39,648 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Trenčín region (750), followed by Prešov region (560), Banská Bystrica (468), Žilinský (455), Nitriansky (409), Trnavský (384), Košický (355) and Bratislava (326). Among them are 1,703 men and 2,004 women.
In hospitals, 2,131 patients are hospitalized, of which 1,337 have confirmed disease. There are 133 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 136 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 26 cases. The total is 1,148.
A total of 1,883 patients were cured and 95,416 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1 206 072, with 130 794 subjects tested positive.
