In Slovakia, 2 166 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 3023 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 19.8% of the 10 938 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 7.16% of the 42 199 antigen tests carried out yesterday. The most positive test was in the Nitra region (360), followed by Prešovský (337), Bratislava (286), Košický (283), Banskobystrický (280), Trenčiansky (271), Trnavský (183) and Žilinský (166). There are 984 men and 1,1 182 women. In hospitals, 2,130 patients are hospitalized, of which 1,932 have confirmed disease. There are 144 patients on ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 138 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 18 cases. The total is 1 122.
