On Monday 16 people were tested positive for COVID-19 disease. The positive test had 9 men and 7 women aged between 19 and 83 in the districts of Bánovce nad Bebravou (4), Prievidza (4), Žiar nad Hronom (2), Bratislava (2), Žarnovica (1), Košice (1), Kysucké Nové Mesto (1) and Partizánske (1).
There are 41 patients in hospitals with coronavirus or with suspected or confirmed disease with 31 people.
There are two in intensive care, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs two people as well. Eight other patients have been cured of the disease, together with COVID-19 in Slovakia, and 1874 people have been overcome. The number of deceased who have been confirmed with COVID-19 remains at number 31. There are 710 people with active COVID-19 disease in Slovakia.
There have been 280 980 completed laboratory examinations in our country so far, the total number of positive cases in Slovakia is 2615.
