In Slovakia, 4 072 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 4 237 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 24.88% of the 16,368 RT-PCR examinations completed and 5.73% of the 73,933 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in the Nitra region (817), followed by the Bratislava region (556), Košický (551), Trenčiansky (489), Banskobystrický (435), Prešovský (430), Žilinský (413) and Trnavský (381). There are 2,028 men and 2,044 women.
In hospitals, 3,109 patients are hospitalized, of which 2904 have confirmed disease. There are 224 patients on the ICU, 249 people need artificial lung ventilation support.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 48 cases. The total number of deaths per Covid is 2,836, and the total number of deaths with Covid is 644.
In total, 144,612 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,523 339, with 205 236 subjects tested positive. Total number carried out The Ag tests so far are 2,093 521, of which 126 853 were tested positive.
