The number of confirmed deaths to the pulmonary form COVID-19 has risen to 57. There is confirmed death in a 52-year-old patient who died on 12 September in a hospital in Michalovce. The second confirmed is the end of a 91-year-old patient on 22 September at the Faculty Hospital in Prešov. Two cases were in the districts of Galanta, Levice, Piešťany, Rimavská Sobota, Rožňava, Stará Ľubovňa, one case was recorded in the districts of Banská Štiavnica, Bytča, Levoča, Medzilaborce, Poltár and Ružomberok. There are 516 women and 521 men, between the ages of a few months and 89. In hospitals, 352 patients are hospitalized, confirmed COVID-19 has 303 of them. There are 15 people on the ICU, 27 patients need artificial lung ventilation support. The total number of positive people tested in Slovakia is 15 726, since the onset of the disease, 518 231 laboratory tests have been performed.
