Transparency and a correct approach are a priority for us, and this applies also to the rules on vaccination. The Ministry of Health therefore streamlines the rules to apply for vaccination to the so-called "Cakar" stage 1. At this stage, staff from selected groups who come into contact with the infected are enrolled. These include health workers, field social workers or Armed Forces. People who fall under the so called. The following groups of professions are involved:
- healthcare professional
- medical or non-medical student in contact with the patient during the study
- employee of the social service provider
- A field social worker
- Staff member of the service organisation carrying out his activities at the hospital
- Hospital, emergency or transport medical staff contacting the patient
- a person who, within a church or a religious society registered under a special regulation, provides spiritual service to patients in a hospital or to recipients of social services in a social services establishment
- Employee of the mobile sampling point in contact with the test person
- Employer providing services in marginalized Roma communities or carrying out work activities for homeless people
- Employee providing support services to a social service provider
- Member of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic assigned to assist in testing the population in the territory of the Slovak Republic for the presence of COVID-19 disease and for assistance in the medical facility
- a police officer or members of the Fire and Rescue Corps assigned to mobile sampling points carrying out testing and medical assistance.
