In Slovakia, in the past day, 2,070 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 822 positive antigen tests. This is 16.33 percent of 12,670 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 3.77% of 21,765 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Prešov region (3.52) followed by Banskobystrický kraj (339), Trenčiansky (233), Trnavský (242), Nitriansky (232), Žilinský (228), Košický (224) and Bratislava (200). There are 954 men and 1,116 women among them.In hospitals, 1,891 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 1,711 people. There are 121 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 126 people. The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 24 cases. The total is 981. A total of 2,814 patients were cured, with 79,956 people recovering from the disease. The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,127,916, with 115,462 subjects tested positive.
