During the weekend of 7 and 8 November 2020, population testing will take place across 45 districts. It is intended for persons (except as provided for by the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic) over 10 years of age who are staying in the district districts, where the number of people with a positive test result reached 0.7% or more in the overall testing of residents and also for persons who need to visit these districts in the period from 9 to 14 November 2020.
Ongoing preparation for the next operation phase Overall, more than 2000 members of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic share joint responsibility. Operation Command is mainly online for security and epidemiological reasons. For today's 10th hour, 2 805 sampling points and 2 715 teams are scheduled for so-called red districts. On Sunday, testing should take place at 2 751 sampling points and be provided by 2 683 sampling teams.
The exact number of sampling points will be published on the website www.somresponsible.sk, but pre-armed forces of the Slovak Republic plan to test at the same sampling points as in the whole-area testing. Sampling teams should also be identified. For the public, the sampling points shall be accessible from 08.00 to 20.00. In this context, the Department of Defence does not strongly recommend to the residents to wait on Saturday morning before testing in series, but to come to testing by day according to the current situation at individual sampling points. At the same time, he asks for patience and helpfulness.
In the context of testing, the Ministry of Defence strongly urges citizens to take care of certificates issued as they will not be exposed to new ones in the event of their loss or deterioration. At the same time, as a source of answers to questions about curfew, we recommend a valid resolution of the Slovak Government available at https://proceeding.gov.sk/RVL/Resolution/18855/1.
I believe that even during the upcoming testing, all the participants - the organizers, the members of the procurement teams, the public and the local authorities - will simply join together and pull together again. The future of Slovakia is indeed our shared responsibility and so we should approach it. I therefore very much appreciate the cooperation with all the components and, in particular, with the municipalities. It's great to feel we're on the same boat and we have a common goal. Not simple but extremely important,-- stressed Minister of Defence of the SR Jaroslav Come on. He also thanked the sponsors for Helping to eliminate the consequences of an emergency which is a sign of solidarity and humanity. They're great and they're very helpful.
Minister J. At the same time, he stated that in addition to the planned procurement points within 45 tested districts of the Department of Defence, he would voluntarily open additional procurement points in the districts bordering the so-called red districts, based on the requirements of the municipalities. In this case, the State shall provide antigen tests, certificates and documentation, as well as personnel from the armed forces and police forces, for sampling points beyond the plan. Other staff and protective equipment will be directed by municipalities which request these sampling points beyond the plan.
Once again, companies over 4 000 employees, or groups of companies that could set up a joint procurement point with at least 4 000 people, will be able to test employees in their own direction. 10 companies will use this option.
