In Slovakia, 2 989 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 7 223 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 24.11 percent of the 12 396 RT-PCR examinations completed and 10.32% of the 69 968 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Bratislava region (601), followed by Žilina region (479), Košický (407), Prešovský (371), Nitriansky (362), Trenčiansky (337), Trnavský (302) and Banskobystrický (130). There are 1406 men and 1583 women.
In hospitals, 3 146 patients are hospitalized, of which 2 864 have confirmed disease. For ICU there are 207 patients, support for artificial pulmonary ventilation needs 246 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 82 cases. The total number of deaths per Covid is 2 603 and the total number of deaths with Covid is 622.
A total of 132,852 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,470 235, with 191 088 subjects tested positive. Total number carried out Ag tests so far are 1,863 747 of which 110 279 have been tested positive.
