In Slovakia, 2,077 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 2 879 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 18.51% of the 11 223 RT-PCR examinations completed and 3.22% of the 89 413 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The total number of individuals vaccinated with the first dose of vaccine is 160 860, in the previous day 8 699 were added. A second dose of vaccine has already been given to 18,169 people, the last day was 2,328 people.
The most tested positive RT-PCR tests were in the Trnava region (472), followed by Banská Bystrica (350), Košický (296), Prešovský (251), Žilinský (194), Nitriansky (191), Trenčiansky (162) and Bratislava (161). There are 1,004 men and 1,073 women.
In hospitals, 3,596 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 3412 people. There are 262 patients on the ICU, 281 people need artificial lung ventilation support.
The number of confirmed deaths to the pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 87. The total number of deaths per Covid is 4,976, and the total number of deaths with Covid is 1,087.
A total of 3,985 patients were cured, with 230,456 people recovering from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,799 783, with 256 903 subjects tested positive. Total number carried out Ag tests so far are 6 153 316, of which 198 342 were tested positive.
