In Slovakia, 1 982 positive test people were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 1,413 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 19.31% of the 10 264 positive RT-PCR examinations completed and 4.87% of the 29 016 antigen tests carried out yesterday.
The most positive test was in Trenčín region (418), followed by Trnavský kraj (284), Nitriansky (252), Prešovský (232), Banskobystrický (117), Bratislava (204), Košický (194) and Žilinský (181). There are 915 men and 1,067 women.
In hospitals, 1,846 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 1,643 people. There are 121 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 132 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 32 cases. The total is 930.
In addition, 2,535 patients were cured, with a total of 74,273 people recovering from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed to date is 1 104 025, with 111 208 subjects tested positive.
