On Friday, the number of positive test subjects increased by 704, with 9,492 completed. The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 is 54. A further 37 subjects were cured, a total of 4793 patients had recovered.
The positive test results were positive for people in the districts: Bratislava (80), Prievidza (53), Nové Zámky (43), Bardejov (41), Nitra (35), Košice (33), Námestovo (32), Stará Ľubovňa (28), Trnava (22), Prešov (21), Banská Bystrica (19), Dolný Kubín (19), Veľký Krtíš (18), Pooprad (17), Žilina (15), Malacky (13), Svidník (13), Tvrdošín (12), Zlaté Moravce (12), Martin (11), Dunajská Streda (9), Liptovský Mikuláš (9), Komárno (8), Stropkov (8), Humenné (7), Košice and surroundings (7), Banská Štiavnica (6), Levice (6), Senec (6), Zvolen (6), Ži nad Hronom (6). Five positive cases were in the districts of Detva, Michalovce, Ružomberok and Snina, four had the districts Brezno, Galanta, Ilava, Kežmarok, Sabinov, Sobrance and Trebišov. After three cases the districts had Bánovce nad Bebravou, Piešťany, Puchov, Spišská Nová Ves, Topoľčany, Trenčín and Žarnovica, two cases were in the districts Hlohovec, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Pezinok, Revúca, Rimavská Sobota, and one case was recorded by Bytča, Čadca, Gelnica, Krupina, Lučenec, Myjava, Poltár, Senica, Šaľa and Vranov nad Topľou. There are 393 women and 311 men, aged 2 to 92.
In hospitals, 275 patients are hospitalized, confirmed COVID-19 has 235 of them. There are 15 people on ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 22 patients.
The total number of positive people tested in our country so far is 12 321, and since the onset of the disease we have had 484 337 laboratory tests. Active cases of disease are currently 7 474 in Slovakia.
