Once the vaccination deadline has been allocated, each candidate receives comprehensive information via SMS and email:
- date and time of vaccination
- Name of vaccination centre
- exact address of the vaccination centre
- the name of the vaccine and whether it is a first (1) or a second dose (2).

The candidate should report to the vaccination centre 10 minutes firstt before the intended vaccination. On arrival it must submit the insured person's identity and card. To speed up the process you can already print and fill informed consent and questionnaire. However, these documents should only be signed directly at the vaccination centre. Links to documents will be found in the electronic mail, NCZI will send him an e-mail along with an assigned date for vaccination. The informed consent and questionnaire shall also be signed before vaccination.
If the applicant cannot print and fill out the documents at home, they are also prepared for him in the vaccination centre.
Candidates for vaccination who, according to the Decree, belong to Phase 1 must be shown with proof of employment before vaccination. This is confirmed by the employer, the employment card or the employment contract.
