26 new cases have increased in the past day positive patients with COVID-19 (coronavirus) disease. In Slovakia we have total 426 positive cases.

The number of negative patients tested was 1165, The number of negative tests thus climbed to 9862.

Health Minister Marek Krajčí informed that in 118 patients are currently hospitalised, of which 57 are confirmed Covid-19, 61 is waiting for results. Three hospitalised patients are on intensive care unit, one is also connected to artificial lung ventilation.

The most cases of occurrence are in the Bratislava region – 153, followed by Žilinský kraj – 54, Trenčiansky kraj - 53, Prešovský kraj – 47, Trnavský kraj – 36, Nitriansky and Košický kraj – identically after 29 cases, and Banská Bystrica region with 25 positive cases. Of the total positive the case is 228 men and 198 women. The most positive are the between 30 and 44 years of age: 136, followed by 15 and 29 A total of 110 years of age in the age group 45 - 59 is 88 and 61 persons are positive over 60 years of age. At least children under 14 Years " total 28.
