The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic has today made available an online registration form for vaccination against COVID-19 disease on the website korona.gov.sk. The form is now accessible to all healthcare professionals. However, priority is given to those who diagnose, treat and provide care for patients with COVID-19. At the moment, registration can also be used by people who help to care for the sick directly or indirectly. This includes medical and non-medical students who come into contact with the patient during their studies, or company employees who perform cleaning services in hospitals. Another for early vaccination by a priori group on the risk of their profession is employees of social services homes and field social workers. All of these can benefit from registration from today, and based on their preference choose the date, day from 4 January, and one of the six vaccination centers. Registration is started for pilots tested by already waiting centres in hospitals in Nitra, Banská Bystrica, Košice and three hospitals in Bratislava. Gradually, with the expected date after 10 January, another of 25 prepared vaccination centres in Slovakia will be added to the registration form. This is the time necessary for hospitals, after the arrival and distribution of vaccines, to be able to initiate vaccination smoothly for other health care professionals in the region, as a matter of priority, after having vaccinated their own hospital staff who are already registered with them.Form - Inoculation requirement: https://www.old.korona.gov.sk/coid-19-vaccination-form.phpThe online registration form is similar to the coronavirus testing form.
