In Slovakia, 1,254 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 1,719 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 15.69% of the 7,991 RT-PCR examinations completed and 3.5% of the 49,003 antigenic tests.
The most positive test was in Žilina region (202), followed by Trnava region (200), Prešovský (196), Košický (171), Trenčiansky (167), Bratislava (152), Nitriansky (91) and Banskobystrický (75). There are 577 men and 677 women.
In hospitals, 1,849 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 1,582 people. There are 112 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 131 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 29 cases. The total to date is 868.
In total, 68,859 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,082 625 and 107 183 subjects tested positive.
