The acquisition of the title represents a commitment for the Ministry to continue to continuously improve processes.MZ SR successfully passed the external feedback of the CAF model, which again defended internationally recognized title in the field of quality management.
The CAF certificate (Common Assessment Framework) is an official confirmation of the quality shift of the organisation of the public administration. Its aim is to contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of management of the activities of public administrations.
MZ SR launched the implementation of the CAF model in 2019 and completed it by obtaining the title Effective User of the CAF model in 2021. Improvements to the CAF model require a re-evaluation of set-up approaches in the organisation, a review of the results achieved and the setting up of further improvement activities and projects. To this end, MZ SR took part in further self-assessment in 2023, which resulted in the defense of the title in January 2025.
The certificate was taken from the Chairman of the Office for Standardisation, Metrology and Testing of the Slovak Republic Pavol Pavlisa by the Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic Kamil Šaško.
