Target No 1 update Calls for participation in the national project Strengthening long-term healthcare, ITMS2014+ 312081CBS8, (hereinafter referred to as "the update') is a formal modification of the call and its selected mandatory annexes due to the changes made to the Treaty providing non-refundable financial contribution from Z312081CBS8 in order to ensure continuity of implementation and absorption of allocation for the national project.

Paragraph 17 (8) of Law No 292/2014 Coll. on the contribution from the European Structural and Investment Funds and on the amendment of certain laws allows the provider to change the formal requirements of the call after publication of the call. By updating the call, there is no substantial change in the conditions for granting the financial contribution.

Update The calls cover all applications for participation in the NP submitted from the date of announcement of the Call i.e. from 22.8.2022 inclusive, and requests for participation in the NP submitted after publication of the update.

 

II.

Description and rationale for changes

1. In the call for applications to participate in the national project

Part 6. Users unauthorised to participate in the project
In Section 6, the eligibility condition was specified in accordance with the call for a national project in point (h).
Part 9. Funds provided to eligible users under the national project
Formal adjustment of the table and adjustment of the level of wage expenditure for individual posts, specifying the position within the helping professions in MOHO, in accordance with the call for OPLZ-NP-2022/8.1.1./RO-01 and implemented by the change Contracts to provide non-repayable financial contribution No Z312081CBS8.

Part 12. Procedure for submitting an application to the authorised user for a national project Add a new Appendix to Application No 7: –Record of criminal recordsIn accordance with Article 1 (6) of Law No 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens by using public administration information systems and amending certain laws (anti-red tape law).
Section 14.2. Assessment of the fulfilment of the conditions for participation 
Clarification of the wording of the assessment of the conditions for participation in the NP and how they are verified in accordance with the Appendix to Application No 6, in accordance with which the User is obliged to proceed with the application for participation in the NP.

2. In the Annex to Challenges No.1 Requests to participate in a national project

Additional part Health care provider, in which the user identifies the provider of outpatient health care in accordance with Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on Healthcare Providers, Health Care Professionals, Health Professional Organisations and amending certain laws.

3. In Annex 2 Challenges Model Cooperation Treaty

In Article 4. Rights and obligations of Contracting Parties

  • Point 4.1. Formal modification of the text, due to a precise quantification of the eligible expenditure according to the approved budget of the project, the breakdown into funds for the reimbursement of wage expenditure, the funding for the flat rate for the other expenditure of the project and the maximum amount of eligible expenditure for the project.
  • - Formal adaptation of the text to clarify the final text of the article.

4. In Annex Challenges No 4 Guide to users involved in the national project

Add new Annexes:

  • - participant card (Annex No 2.6. Guide),
  • - a document demonstrating the fulfilment of the working time fund with the signatures of the employer and the document-maker (e.g. attendance certificate, attendance book),
  • - summary sheet (Annex No 2.5. Guide),
  • - a record of refusal to provide data on the project participant (Annex 2. 7). 

Modification of the text part of the Guide in section 5, section 6.5 and addition of section 8.
