On 31 March 2022, the data collection was completed for the first evaluation of the status of the public minimum network of VAS providers according to the new legislative rules in the site of the Ministry of Health. Until harvest except the providers themselves involved all self-governing regions, health Insurance companies, National Health Information Centre and Office for Supervision health care.
The new notification obligation was fulfilled by 81% by 31 March VAS providerswho transmitted data via the Ambulance app on the portal e-VÚC
For the purpose of calculating the necessary capacity of a new public minimum networks in the case of non-compliant providers, Article 102ao (1) of Law No 578/2004 ANNEX later on, the statutory data used by health insurance companies with using a procedure to adjust the number of medical places listed in Annex No. 5 Regulation No. 11/2022 of the Government of Slovakia Z. z. z. For 2023 it will be necessary in synergy with self-governing regions collect missing data because of the transitional provision is valid only for the first evaluation of the state of the public minimum network of providers VAS.
The calculation of the criteria will take place in the second quarter of 2022 ensuring a new public minimum VAS network for 2022. Ministry Healthy SR will publish the results of the evaluation by 30 June 2022 at the latest the status of the public minimum network of VAS providers.
