The objective of the national project is to ensure the availability of distance crisis assistance to persons in an unfavourable social situation as a result of a threat to violence or mental health, including children. The aim is, through the implementation of the activities, to contribute to the objectives and tasks of the strategy papers, which primarily focus on protecting children from violence, including the digital space, while promoting non-discrimination and active participation in society by improving the system of protection of children from violence, which is also in line with the specific objective of ESO 4.8 P SK. The specific objective of the national project is to set standards for the performance of distance advice and free access to advice for target groups, at the same time preventing social exclusion, raising awareness of non-violence and mental health and eliminating the emergence of socio-pathological phenomena in society. The national project will be implemented through two main activities:
1. Main activity: Support for persons in an adverse social situation at risk of violence or mental health threats, including children by providing distance crisis assistance
The main activity will be implemented through three sub-activities:
Subactivity 1.1: Prevention and promotion of equal opportunities for children through the National School to help children at risk MORE THAN NI (c) K
Responsible for implementing: Headquarters of work, social affairs and family
Implementation period: 01/2024 - 12/2026 (36 months)
Ensure continuous operation of the free national line 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Subactivity 1. 2: Prevention of threats to violence and promotion of non-discrimination against women through the National Line for Women experiencing violence
Responsible for implementing: Institute for Labour and Family Research
Implementation period: 01/2024 - 12/2026 (36 months)
Ensure continuous operation of the free national line 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Subactivity 1. 3: Support mental health through the National Mental Health Support Line
Responsible for implementing: Ministry of Health SR
Implementation period: 01/2024 - 12/2026 (36 months)
Ensuring the operation of the free national line between 10.00 and 22.00 h/7 days a week.
2. Main activity: Raising awareness on violence and promoting mental health
The activities of the aid lines will also include the implementation of a campaign to raise awareness of the issue, in particular for the target group of persons for whom the activity of the line is intended.
The campaign will address target groups in particular by:
- Google " search campaign,
- Google GDN - banner campaign,
- Facebook and Instagram ads,
- YouTube ads,
- organising awareness-raising and popularisation events for the general public;
- organisation of expert seminars, workshops and conferences for the professional public.
