The eligible applicant is a healthcare provider in accordance with the wording of Act No. 576/2004 Coll. on health care, services related to the provision of healthcare and the amendment of certain laws. The resources of the mechanism shall be provided to existing constitutional health institutions providing psychiatric care.

- § 11 paragraph 4 of Act No. 578/2004 Coll., as amended, where the permit is issued by MZ SR if more than one self-governing region is competent to issue the permit - original or photocopy of the project documentation for the purpose of the issue of the building permit or a simple situational drawing to the announcement to the building office (if relevant) as separate annexes to the ŽPPM.

- What if the applicant does not have design documentation for the construction:
The applicant shall provide a description of the project and the budget of the project so as to be consistent with the other relevant documentation.
- What if I lack an annex to be submitted together with the PPM application?
In accordance with Article 16 (3) of the Mechanism Act, if the application for the PPM is not complete, the implementing entity may request in the invitation/call for addition also to provide explanations and clarifications on the documents and documents relating to the application for the PPM.
- How is it necessary to submit the original of the criminal record statement?
The applicant shall submit the original of the criminal record extract not more than 3 months old, sent in paper form in a sealed envelope or electronically as a document with a guaranteed conversion pursuant to a specific regulation.
- When is VAT ineligible expenditure?
VAT is an unjustified expense (from the Applicant's Guide 7.b) if, the applicant is a VAT payer and has the right to deduct tax within the meaning of § 49 (2) of Act No 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax as amended.
- What is considered eligible expenditure?
The eligible expenditure is investment in building or reconstruction of 2 bed rooms in order to reduce the number of patients in the room with separate sanitary facilities, exclusion of network beds and replacement of secluded rooms (insulation room).
Eligible project activities:
A) Building modifications/reconstruction of rooms.
B) Material-technical room equipment.
A more detailed description of the eligibility of expenditure relating to eligible activities is given in the basic methodology contained in Annex 7 to this call.
- In the proposal for an application for a PPM, does the applicant indicate the required amount of the VAT mechanism?
No, the required amount of the mechanism is indicated in the application for the LPAexcluding VAT.
- Can the applicant submit and other annexes not mentioned in the call?
Yes, the applicant may submit other annexes related to the application for the LPA.
