- Government decision on the construction of the Faculty Hospital Rázsochy (1982);
- Start of construction of Rázsochy Hospital (1987);
- Decisions on the modification of the building before completion of 1996, 1997, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2010;
- Government Resolution No. 242/2010 on the proposal to finance the implementation of the project Faculty Hospital with Polyclinic Rázsochy - financial provision for the implementation of the project of the hospital with the poliklinika Rázsochy in the form of PPP;
- Government Resolution No. 363/2013 of the Slovak Government on information on the state of investment in acute bed healthcare in Slovakia and the purpose of the construction of a new hospital in Bratislava, the government requires the Minister of Health to submit to the Government a study on the feasibility of investments in acute bed health care in Slovakia in the context of the project of the construction of a new hospital in Bratislava;
- Resolution 296/2014 of the Government of the Slovak Republic on the "Study on the feasibility of investments in acute bed health care in Slovakia in the context of the implementation of the construction of a new hospital in Bratislava - Summary Report" (the Government requires the Minister of Health to draw up, in cooperation with the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance, a proposal for the implementation of the project of construction of a new hospital with a poliklinika in Bratislava from extra-budgetary sources and to initiate project work to prepare the necessary documents for the real start of works on the construction of a new hospital in Bratislava;
- The feasibility study identified the project as an appropriate form of implementation of the new hospital PPP, assuming that the new university hospital in Bratislava will replace the hospitals of the Old Town, Kramár and Ružinov, which will close or transform into outpatient and curative care providers;
- MZ SR concluded an agreement on advisory services with the consortium Ernst & Young Financial Advisory, s.r.o. and Ružička Csekes s.r.o. with the title "Comprehensive financial, legal and technical advice and advice in the process of public procurement in connection with the preparation and implementation of the PPP project of the new University Hospital in Bratislava" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Board") worth 2,25 million. EUR excluding VAT. The contract covered the entire project management, support for the legal, technical and financial preparation of the project;
- January 2015 - MZ SR announced the opening of a public procurement contract dialogue entitled:
- The 3 rounds of the competitive dialogue were held in June 2015 Þ February 2016 at which the candidates presented their preliminary proposals and prepared a draft concession contract and a final informative document;
- The validity of the Advisory Agreement with the consortium Ernst & Young Financial Advisory, s.r.o. and Ružička Csekes s.r.o expired on 29.2.2016.
2.11.2016 Þ the government by Resolution No 503/2016 cancels the construction of a new hospital in the form of PPP and imposes MZ SR's task to prepare an alternative plan by the end of March 2017

Value unit for money
The project of development of the University Hospital Bratislava and the proposal of the construction of the new University Hospital in Bratislava, which was submitted for the government discussion, was expressed by the Department of Values for Money of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, which analysed in detail the intention of construction and during the production of the material was in close constructive dialogue with the Institute of Health Policy of the Slovak Republic.
