Public invitation to apply for a subsidy from the Ministry Health of the Slovak Republic in the field of -Support of healthy start to Lives for 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "the public call') are drawn up on the basis of B. 2nd Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No 488 of 02 September 2015 which requires the Minister for Health to perform the tasks arising from The National Action Plan on the Prevention of Obesity 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the National Action Plan') The action plan. The implementation of the role of the 2017 Action Plan follows from the activities -Supporting a healthy start to life-- priorities -Ensure effective early access as soon as possible .
Under priority actions
for 2017 from the Action Plan, under way
to the conditions of the health sector,awareness raising
healthcare professionals - in particular neonatologists, pediatricians, gynecologists; and
midwives, midwives and nurses providing health care
care in constitutional health institutions, through
an interactive, area-specific learning programme
promoting breast-feeding and fulfilling the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (hereinafter referred to as "the "Building Friendly Initiative"),
(BFHI') only in accordance with WHO/UNICEF Guideline BFHI 1992, rev. 2009,
by health professionals guaranteed by Slovakia
paediatric society.
The public invitation shall be published in accordance with Article 2 (1) (a). d), § 4 (9) and
§ 5 para.
8 (c) Act No 525/2010 Coll. on the granting of subsidies within the scope of
Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, as amended
to carry out individual tasks under approved national programmes;
to implement the action plan.
