Call for tender Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic for Health Support and Development caring for patients with rare diseases in the Slovak Republic The year 2021 (hereinafter referred to as "the public call') is drawn up on the basis of Task No. B.1. Order No 247 of the Government of the Slovak Republic of 12.05.2021, in which it has Minister for Health to ensure the implementation of the action plan activities (hereinafter referred to as "the Action Plan"). as ÞAPÞ) National Health Programme for Patients with rare diseases up to 2030 (hereinafter referred to as "NP 2030") according to 9 basic diseases priorities developed into health sector conditions.
The invitation to tender shall be made in accordance with Article 2 (1) (a). (d) the law No 525/2010 Coll. on subsidies under the Ministry of Health Slovak Republic, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Law No 525/2010') For the implementation of the priority task for 2021 from the Action Plan, which reads:
Supporting the development of workplaces for rare diseases; and development of expertise for rare diseases in the Slovak Republic; and promoting the health of patients with rare diseases in the Slovak Republic.
A public invitation shall be published pursuant to Article 5 (8) (a). (c) the law No 525/2010 Z. z. z.
