Public invitation to apply for a subsidy from the Ministry Health of the Slovak Republic for the promotion and development of health caring for patients with rare diseases in the Slovak Republic for the year 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the public call') it is drawn up on the basis of Task No. B.1. of Resolution No 671/V of the Government of the Slovak Republic of 9.12.2015 and tasks No. B.1. u Government Resolution No. 148/2018 of the Slovak Republic of 11. 04. 2018, v Under which the Minister for Health is to ensure that the activities under Action Plan on the National Programme for the Development of Patient Care rare diseases in the Slovak Republic for the period 2016 - 2020 according to 9 core priorities, developed into sector conditions health (hereinafter referred to as "the Action Plan')
The invitation to tender shall be made in accordance with Article 2 (1) (a). d) Law No 525/2010 Z. z. on the granting of subsidies under the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Law No ...') 525/2010 Coll. to implement a priority task for 2019 of an action plan which reads as follows:
Support and development of health care specialized office for rare diseases in Slovakia Republic whose output will be support and development 1 to 2 full-fledged National specialised expertise centres for rare diseases Slovak Republic, which will participate in the European reference network specialized workplaces for rare diseases.
