Call for tender Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic for Health Support and Development caring for patients with rare diseases in the Slovak Republic 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the public call') is drawn up on the basis of Task No B.1. of Order No 671/V of the Government of the Slovak Republic of 9.12.2015 pursuant to which it has The Minister for Health to ensure that activities under the Action Plan on National programme for the development of care for patients with rare diseases The Slovak Republic for the period 2016 - 2020 according to 9 basic priorities, developed into health sector conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the action plan').
The invitation to tender shall be made in accordance with Article 2 (1) (a). d) Law No 525/2010 Z. z. z. on the granting of subsidies under the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic Republic as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Law No 525/2010') W. W. implementation of the priority task for 2018 from the Action Plan, which shall be as follows:
Support and development of health care specialized office for rare diseases in Slovakia Republic whose output will be the promotion and development of 1-2 full-fledged national specialized expertise in rare diseases in Slovakia Republic participating in the European reference network workplaces for rare diseases.
