Call for tender Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic for Health Support and Development caring for patients with rare diseases in the Slovak Republic The year 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "the public call') is drawn up on the basis of Task No B.1. of Order No 671/V of the Government of the Slovak Republic of 9.12.2015 pursuant to which it has The Minister for Health to ensure that activities under the Action Plan on National programme for the development of care for patients with rare diseases The Slovak Republic for the period 2016 - 2020 according to 9 basic priorities, developed into health sector conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the action plan').
The invitation to tender shall be made in accordance with Article 2 (1) (a). (d) Act No 525/2010 Coll. on the granting of subsidies within the scope of the Ministry Health of the Slovak Republic, as amended (hereinafter referred to as Act No 525/2010 From 2017 to 2017 an action plan which reads as follows:
Development of health care support and development National Specialised Expertise Centre for Rare Diseases Slovak Republic, whose output will be support and development 1 to 2 full-fledged national specialised expertise centres for rare diseases in the Slovak Republic that will be involved in the European reference networks of specialised workplaces for rare diseases.
A public invitation shall be published pursuant to Article 5 (8) (a). (c) the law No 525/2010 Z. z. z.
