The selection procedure for the appointment of a member of a member of the State of the statutory authority (presentation) of the Východoslovenský ústav cardiac and vascular diseases, a.s., took place on September 16, 2026 at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
Two tenderers made themselves known to the tender within the deadline, one of whom announced their absence from the tender in writing (by electronic submission). The invitation to tender in question was attended by one tenderer who met the conditions and requirements of the notifier.
On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of established assumptions and requirements for the performance of the occupied function of a member of the Board of Directors of Východoslovenský ústav cardiac and vascular diseases, a. s. and an oral interview (including an assessment of the project submitted by the applicant) evaluated the results of the candidate and determined the result of the selection, i.e. the list of candidates who complied with the specified conditions of the selection procedure and announced by the selection panel to the exerciser of shareholder rights to the Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic, as follows:

1The applicant/Member of the selection panel did not grant the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, within the meaning of the relevant legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) consent to the processing of personal data in order to disclose its personal data on the website of the controller in connection with the selection procedure in question.
