National Health Trusted Service Provider
Information System (CA NZIS) is a non-public provider
trust services internally serving identification needs,
authentication and authorisation of health professionals in NZIS. Yours
services provided free of charge on the basis of a published certification
Order (CP CA NZIS) and according to published certification rules
Activities (CPS CA NZIS) in accordance with Law No 272/2016 Z.Z. o
Trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and o
amendments to certain laws, regulations of the European Parliament and
Council (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust
services for electronic transactions in the internal market and Act No.
153/2013 a.
supplementing certain laws as amended.
The application form for an electronic health care professional card (eHIC) may be submitted:
- by completing and sending a prescribed application signed by qualified electronic signature (ZEP) sent through portal CPVS in NCZI
- Personally at the NCZI workplace (directly on the spot the health care professional writes the application, during the working days from 09:00 to 16:00)
